Coughing is caused by mucas running down from your nose. So if you stand on your head, you won't cough 😉

If that isn't practical, I'd recommend keeping warm and maybe taking some contestants (cold/flu meds) to stop your nose running
My nose isn’t running though. It’s 💯 chest congestion and coughing 😔 endless….
