Agreed, I’m on #grapheneOS , too. Concerning #qubesOS , I’ve installed it to give it a try, but so far it’s hard to use it as my daily driver. Need to learn more.

cool! yeah, totally get it. was the same for me. once you read the docs...and hit the forum--they're pretty awesome--and you've got the hardware specs to make it work how you want it to (i.e. i bought a new laptop), it's an amazing daily driver. like i said, i can't imagine using anything else. if you have questions lmk

The learning curve is quite some experience for sure, but integrated in that is building new and superior habits!!

Would be happy to help via chat, or more hands on for sats, we totally need more people running Qubes as their main platform!!

This is a good point, and it's very much worth emphasizing nostr:npub19ujzuykdtq7jtv0dxxjwjva56wasjemg7tgj44jwgczc332s3pgsa05j3z that the growing pains as you adjust to Qubes are really you learning new habits which will equip you with a way to view security and managing your digital world that applies to all other digital endeavors. It's not just a Qubes niche learning curve that doesn't help you later on.

The learning curve is directly connected to the underlying design, it forces you to get into the habit of compartmentalizing everything :-)

That also goes very well along with doing the same with other devices of course
