It is. I spent years wondering why everyone else could just jump up and do twelve things at once. Then a few years ago I learned that it was because I needed to process the idea first. I still need to do something but sitting with the idea fir a little bit is necessary.
Same, some things need to bake a little before I can gain any momentum!
