Have you had any experience using Whim Hoff routine to battle infection/flu?
Yes I do. And I will write about it here on Nostr or even make a video very soon. In short, the Wim Hof method works best to strengthen and activate your immune system before you actually catch an infection. However, if you feel it's coming, depending on the ailment, you can still boost your immune system immediately to fend off stronger symptoms with breathing. This was proven by the hallmark 'endotoxin study' of the Wim Method. In case of persistent respiratory ailments such as sinusitis, I personally prefer to cure it out before resuming my practice. And ... no cold exposure during sickness, only breathing!
