I keep it simple: early to bed (9:30), early to rise, no oversleeping. I don’t overthink things and I’m not into the whole farm/hippie lifestyle. I avoid medication and anything synthetic, no pills, no sunscreen, only natural soaps/lotions. No sweeteners, no preservatives. Just cold water, lemon water, coffee, and an occasional glass of wine, delicious veggies/fruit, meat-rich diet. Plenty of sun, a bit of gardening, and that’s really it.
