A relay would consist of a few pieces. For example the relay.dwadzieciajeden.pl running nostr-rs-relay consists of:

1. part which acts like a front for everything and and passes connections to the actual relay software (nginx)

2. the database with all the events (sqlite)

3. and the actual relay which accepts nostr messages, interrogates the database and passes the response back (nostr-rs-relay)
