Gold didn't do thad bad in fiat terms, in Bitcoin terms yes, I too never financially recovered from that one
I also fell for the gold play a while back, but it was Mike Maloney that got me, thankfully I sold it all and then got rekt on a hack and shitcoins, lol its been a bumpy ride man
Gold is fine for holding and using on to generations but in a lifetime it has barely been a positive
Lol I came to that same realisation, gold is great if you have wealth already, i didn't I needed to go out there and build it first and on a 3rd world income it ain't easy, Bitcoin was obvious after bumping my head eleventeen times
