Day 23 of the modified J/S compost. It has cooled into the low 100's, there has been several flushes of surface mushrooms. Seems to be at a low point in mushroom growth at this time, however. It has settled about 8-10 inches overall.

Very nice! How tall do you make yours? You left the pipes in?

I used a standard 1000L IBC tote which is about 36" tall. I pulled all the pipes except the center one.
