Just added the option to adjust or turn off the follow distance filter in Iris. The setting is saved locally only.

Interesting... I run some similar query manually and then tried to query all events from some all my follows follow.. but when adding the filter with thousands of pubkeys.. most of my connections were down.. I needed to run multiple oneoff queries with less than 1k pubkeys.. I'll need to find out how to fix that.
I'm doing that just for fun.. not building any client or anything like that

Now you have more options to fine-tune your feed experience. Notice that it's a local setting only (if you're using multiple clients).

Would you share your opinion on extending NIP-05 to include web3 domains? (or raising like NIP-05a)

They are not part of the ICANN, but it does not feel like it will be too complex to implement.
