we are at the tail end of fiat this generation and we still have to deal with it unfortunately. Let this be a lesson learned to everyone so you dont have to go through the same hell. Cross your T's and dot your i's WRITE THAT WILL Especially if you own REAL ESTATE!!!!!!!
