What’s your current plan with fasting? How many hours between meals? I did a 40+hour fast a week ago. Been thinking of maybe going to eating once a day (at noon). Been on carnivore going on 4 weeks now and really enjoying the benefits. It got me back into the gym too. 💪🏻

Righteous. I’m fasting between 8pm and noon, two meals, 1 snack at most, between, consisting of fats or proteins.

That’s pretty much my current routine as well. Some nights I eat later due to some activities I participate in. But usually don’t eat breakfast and started having a snack around 3 each day that consists of a boiled egg and a Chomp Beef Stick. This journey to better health has been awesome. Its great to share the experience other with nostriches too.

One thing I’ve thought would be cool is we could get a group of people and share meal ideas. I do get a little board with the eating pretty much the same thing day after day. 🤙🏻🫂
