I've tried all kinds of food in my life. I was addicted to fast food for many years, eating burgers/fries and drinking soda.
Then I started eating healthy, which I thought was lots of vegetables and meat, avoiding sugar.
Now I eat only meat, eggs and cheese (50 days already). But not all meat is created equal. My last 15 days (before the fast) I ate the best food I've ever tasted, which is boiled beef, with eggs and cheese. It is so good that I will eat it for the rest of my life.
And as it is the tastiest food I've ever had, I dont need cheat meals or cheat days. I just don't want other food...
