"I think part of the sadness looking back at this 'covid fever' that we went through is the trust that was decimated in the world of medicine, unfortunately. Because doctors went from being the people to inform you about the choice you were about to make to the person that was basically coercing you to do something, even if it didn't feel good.
Like we said at the start, the less you know about something the more vulnerable you are to having someone else tell you what you should do.
And even if that's a good person, if they're working in a shitty system or they're under duress because their salary depends on them telling you a certain thing... if these people are being coerced, then by de facto you are collateral damage."
