Does it not connect at all? Or it sometimes connects and sometimes doesn't?

We're seeing lots of disconnections, too. Trying to figure out why!

I think if you've never had it connect then it's an issue with the signer, which tracks. 😔

We did just remove the waitlist, so if you want you could create a burner account to login and see if it works then? That would help narrow the issue down
