Just curious #nostr, who among you has quit twitter full-time?If not, what would it take to get you to quit and go full-time #nostr?

Quit it, don't miss it
I somehow couldn’t log in with my new phone recently so that was the end for me lol
The only thing keeping me there part-time is, being a bitcoin educator, many of my followers are from countries where internet data is too expensive to run nostr so far
There isn’t a job on this planet that is more important than bitcoin educator! Thank you for educating the next generation!
It’s a pleasure and an honor. Beyond grateful for Satoshi giving us the gift of freedom 🙏
If you haven’t checked out my book, the free PDF is available at thesimplestbitcoonbook.net :)
Written to share with the pre/new-coiners in everyone’s life 🧡
I’ll give it a read, thank you for sharing!
Too many great artists on Twitter to leave.
I would like to see more journalists come to nostr. As much as I hate twitter I do like see what live local and global news feed is trending.
I
I quit using it back in March and checked a few posts here and there. No more doom scrolling though.
Quit in 2018. Activity pub and nostr only.
Quit a little while ago, would have to go back through my notes to see when. And quit quit, account deleted. No alt or business accounts there either. If aome puts a twitter link out there, sorry, can't see it.
I don't miss it. Nostr has easily replaced that itch. But also I think I enjoy NOT being on platforms. Not wasting time checking messages from multiple places. Not trying to keep caught up in multiple places. Not having more logons, passwords, personal data, tracking data out there.
Nostr is more than enough. Eventually I will probably not be on nostr anymore either, but until then, I'm happy here, and it has been a constructive process being in this world. Just the good mornings and nights are proof of that, they mean more than most would understand.
Cheers, Nostr fam. You've got me, and I've got you. We'll stand at the edge of void together.
I’m now 80% nostr probably never fully leave any platform but this is my main now for sure
Just popped in to sift thru some post Diaz/Paul post fight chatter. I like the aggregation of trending topics for the breaking news and top issues. It's been unmatched historically. I was watching covid begin in China over Twitter before most people in my immediate circle. Also cool to see random celebs or popular figures converse about topics I like, for example the fight this evening.
Nostr doesn't have any of that tbh. So principles aside. I keep X/Tweet installed.
Yea search is a key feature on X that is still useful and something Nostr clients need to improve on.
Twitter/X has more diversity of content compared to nostr which is why I still use it. But it's mostly for reading now, I post mostly to nostr as a way of "contributing content". However low-quality it may be :)
