My daily driver phone is a Pixel 3a XL running LineageOS. I only use open source apps. My default launcher is TinyBit launcher, which is available on F-Droid. TinyBit is primarily a search-powered launcher. Sometimes I want to take a full survey of my apps. For that purpose, I use Keikai Launcher, which is both a minimalist launcher and an alternative app drawer which can complement a different default launcher (likely useful on locked down devices such as the newer Kindle Fires).
