i have no answer either
mindfulness and meditation helps to be affected less by bothering thoughts and stories + starting in the present moment
from my experience, that is.
Now I need nothing but it hurts to see post about butt hurt getting more ⚡ than request to get ⚡ for putting effort in finishing project that I felt personally meaningful...
Just real talk and true emotion.

Everyone is doing the best they can, even you. See people as trying to do better, and have compassion for those that don’t know any better.
If they are open, share some guidance with them, if not, let them be. You are not the police of them, and they will learn in their own time.
