When I can shield good much I'm sending and who I'm sending it to natively on chain with Bitcoin I will have no further use for Monero. Until then I'll always keep a little around.
More and more dark web marketplaces are going Monero only and dropping Bitcoin support because Bitcoin privacy tools right now are shit and people are in prison right now because of it.
Personally I think any dnm that takes btc is probably a honeypot at this point.
I also don’t think many of the plebs that use btc even have the balls to go on a dnm.

Yes, thank you. Didn’t know the acronym. I have a programmer buddy who loves Monero and was a huge fan of Silk Road. I read (in Wired) that the “first” one got impeded, but that “they” could never completely put the kibosh on it.
