💢 Was the attack on Pskov, Russia carried out from the territory of a NATO country?

On Monday's XF livestream (now on the drive) I say that this week something big will have to happen in the narrative/direction/emphasis of the conflict in Ukraine — because there are dwindling outs and an X factor has to be introduced.

The distances involved and the type of drones suggest this would likely to have been carried out from Latvia or Estonia.
