ok so i used to be able to go on spinny rides even just a few years ago at the theme park. went on the lamest, piddliest spinny ride today with my 4 yr old daughter. was very nauseous, sick.

i want to be able to do stuff like this with her, any meds or recommendations other parents have for like...getting back some ability to go on a spinny ride? 😅
