Yes i have too take the time to find good farms. I was doing that when living in Canada. Need to do the same here in Portugal.

It takes time but it’s fun to build a relationship with your local community and the food is better.

Indeed. Very important to find good food and to have a local comnunity to not rely on walmart and co that sell us poison.
