Hmm… I read it and was surprised, but then again the US is the IMF’s biggest donor, and now they’re working on a BSR. Thanks for letting me know!
I’ve seen it posted somewhere else, but I’m skeptical. It will have to happen eventually but this would seem early for them to capitulate now.
