The only way a user of Cashapp can send a user of PayPal money, and vice versa, is #bitcoin.

PayPal, Cashapp, & Venmo are all now connected through bitcoin and therefore will simply become bitcoin clients.

You can send bitcoin between them as they all now allow (or will soon) withdrawals. They're just using the bitcoin network.
