Who knows how long it takes till my LN address is being updated across the whole network/all clients?
Or should it happen very fast and the issue I have is something different?

I’m think the old relay with your profile data would still retain the previous address and someone who is connected to that relay might still see it.

Definitely. I've never used minibits or whatever, so I can't advise. Have you a totally different thing to use? Maybe switching itonff and on again?!!!
The wallet is working (for me). I can zap from it. I can zap myself to it, also can receive from other LN wallets to it.
