Another way to ask the same question:

Taxation is theft. How much theft is your tolerance level? If you was taxed 90% through various taxes would that be enough to be considered a slave? Or would it take 100%? (As long as your slave master clothed, and housed you, and gave you a small amount to eat.. just to keep you, the slave alive)
