I have a problem with one of my male employees. He doesn’t listen to what I say because I think he feels threatened because I am younger than him and I have a few successful businesses.. or whatever males think????
He’s incredibly good at his job, and a-good worker…
Everything I do in my company is so that I can eventually retire and have people listen to me from a far..

I won’t go into perspective, but probably suggest (not mansplain) to just talk in the open. Ask what they are all about, what their goals are, and how they are striving to achieve them. Open a dialog and then you’ll know each other better. This will help with many misunderstandings. 🐶🐾🫡
Sounds insecure about a female leader but could just not like being told what to do in the authoritarian sense.
