I've been using nostr.wine by nostr:npub18kzz4lkdtc5n729kvfunxuz287uvu9f64ywhjz43ra482t2y5sks0mx5sz and team. Though I'm not a heavy user not do I have a ton of relays, I haven't come across any content issues.
