I bought some anaesthetic for the nerve pain in my face at the moment (caused by nasty food acids), and I think it's actually making it worse, like, I got muscle twitches in my treat from it rn.

Nerve pain. Have you ruled out inflammation? Seed oils still in your diet?

Inflammation is likely since paracetamol does help with it. And I swear I can see something visually. And yeah, holy crap, seed oils and citric acid together, yes, that's what I ate on sunday. lol.
