All my umbrel apps are stuck in “not running” status. Has anyone had this problem? How can I address this?

I’ve tried the good old restart, shutdown methods but can’t seem to get anywhere. Running troubleshooting seems to yield a whole hell of a lot but the most common thread seems to be referencing docker status. Help me #nostr you’re my only hope
