I was thinking and nothing came and then it hit me. Self-love. I think it will be a good exercise. Not easy, but since you said what you said, I reckon it will do marvellous. I don't think we fall out of it. 😉

I don't believe, after we learn to love self, we are able to fall out of love of self. "Once you see it you can't unsee it."
