So is running water. If I don't have access to that I will probably not be able to get imported lemons either. A lot can go wrong of course, but I somehow can't imagine situation where I have access to citrus fruits and not to water. It is a great tip, I would like to test it, just for fun, but if SHTF, in my nick of the woods this is not going to fly and I will most likely just stink. :-)
