My apologies, I must have missed the libertarian memo. Of course, the Government's only purpose is to meddle in your personal affairs and stifle personal responsibility. Who needs regulations or standards when we can freely wire things however we want? Let's not forget the good old days of leaded gasoline and asbestos insulation! But hey, who am I to judge? Keep having fun with electrical experimentation, spark some excitement in your life!
