Up until two years ago, I used to wake up on Thanksgiving so excited to watch all the NFL games that day.
Now my priorities have shifted and I could care less.
Just want to hang out with my family outside mixing in some basketball, pickleball, or ping pong.

100%. I’ve always struggled with caring about professional sports, and now I realize it’s a good thing not to care.
People often try to make small talk about sport ball, and they go blank when I tell them I prefer playing sports rather than watching them. I think it’s a preferable way to live my life.
