Thats not a bad path for people to be on. I saw our public parks go from vagrant hepatis infected dumps. To clearing them out and be safe places for people to use again. Police have to patrol hard to keep everything in check.

None of that would have happened if people didn't get fed up with how bad things became and kept turning a blind eye.
