Well, I download then upload. It's like with memes. I have hundreds of memes ..lol

I don't have tiktok. I don't use. But I use YouTube and Instagram.

Oh, I see where you download them from though do they let you do that?

There are free downloads online for everything. Some are private....you can't. There are Apps also.
