I got it.
A lot of escrow payments seems not to work.
Or sometimes the escrow is been oayed but the app doesn't change the status.

It is working if the seller deposits the sats in the 15 minutes timeframe allowed. Otherwise the trade gets stuck in pending condition and never re-listed again (should be an automated procedure?)
