Average American:

Get up, rush to work so you can get through Starbucks or McD's drive thru before you start your day and drop 1000-1500 calories. At lunch, hit another drive thru and drop another 1500-2000 calories.

Get off work and wonder why you have no energy and feel like shit, so you skip exercising after having just put in your 8-10 hour day. Instead, you drop another load of calories down your gullet, settle in on the couch and watch TV until you need that snack because you had a shit day.

Go to bed and then do it all over again. Suddenly you've gained 20, 50, 100 pounds and you're stuck in a doom loop.
