Organize a group of friends that are all Bitcoiners in your area, go to businesses you like and one at a time go in and ask

"Do you accept Bitcoin?" If they say no just reply "Ok, I'm good then, thanks" and just walk out.

Do that with multiple people at different times, eventually these small businesses get the hint and adopt it.
