Everyone is paid, i believe if we bother with any small govt setup it should be about serving its citizens. Health is about as basic as it gets. I would happily pay into a system of health for all. I’m actively questioning myself as i write this though 😂

I have to pay thousands to get my bins collected, and for the local council to do fuck all. I’d rather redirect most of that to healthcare
