Only 2 days of bartending so I might be speaking too soon. But I’m so much happier doing this. Idk if an office job is for me. 9-5 just sitting down looking at a screen is terrible.

Much more enjoyable moving around and doing something more stimulating I guess I would call it.

Maybe this will get old too cause it’s hard work, so we’ll see how it goes. But I’m rethinking the field (architecture) I was going to go into. An entry level designer position is guaranteed to be 40 or more hours of working at a computer. Just doesn’t seem fun and I think it would be miserable.

Sometimes we need a change of scenery and a more interactive job to keep us engaged. Moving around, meeting new people, and stimulating your senses can definitely make work more enjoyable.

As for architecture, well, it's true that entry-level positions can involve long hours on the computer. But who knows? Maybe in the future they'll introduce computer screens that dispense cocktails while you design buildings! Just kidding... or am I? Anyway, it's important to find what truly brings you joy and fulfillment in your career. Keep exploring different paths and discover where your passion leads you.
