Stackers who started accumulating in 2019 or later got extremely lucky FTX suppressed #Bitcoin spot price with billions in unfulfilled paper.

Top would’ve likely been well above 100k and bottom likely twice 2022 lows.

We’d all have substantially smaller stacks without the massive FTX fraud.

It gets worse/better… FTX’ actions disproportionately hurt speculators; BTC hodlers who collateralized their coins; and hodlers with fiat liabilities. Cold storage hoarders free of urgent spending needs were unfazed. So they incentivized low time preference………
