America is an immoral country. I guess it always was. We’re immoral today. We were immoral yesterday, last year, last decade, and the last two centuries. We began immorally by building a country on slavery and genocide.

The disparity of wealth, the sheer greed of the upper class, the institutional racism, and state-sponsored violence. It’s all quite appalling.
