Monetization on Nostr is very hard. Same for devs making foss apps. I think you give a lot of value to Nostr, i also think you could do a day major news recap in video on zap.stream, and put it on loop for a while or the whole day until the next recap, that way people could watch when they had time and still zap you. For eg it would be cool to have a whole recap of elon meltdowm on X since many of us are not there.
