Go to https://relay.exchange to see which are paid. Others are free/public.

Note you will need at least either 1 free relay or 1 paid relay for your posts to go anywhere, so don't remove all the free ones if you haven't paid for at least one of the paid ones.

Honestly not sure though... I use 10 or so but I exclusively try and use nostr.wine
