The house would have outperformed Bitcoin with respect to every asset in the universe.

Say 1 Bitcoin = 0.00000001 Sun (if we use stars as currencies)

1 house would be 0.0000001 Sun

After 2 years

1 Bitcoin = 0.00000002 Sun

1 house would be 0.00000024 Sun
