The 45% tax rate was supposed to only apply to the “rich” but once your breech the 40% barrier, 1 in 6 will eventually move into the next bracket. 6million and 1million doesn’t sound like the financial elite to me, just normal hard working, now middle class Britain., and they’re being taxed to destruction.
