抄手是不是就是馄饨?

据我了解,馄饨是清汤,抄手是红汤,还有非猪肉的回民棱角汤

不考虑汤的话应该就是一回事了吧?

抄手是成都这边的名字,我觉得和北方的馄饨的区别就是名字不同。但是成都这边抄手基本上都是有麻辣佐料的。比较有名的有老麻抄手。
