how do you transfer lightning to cold storage?

what's the process of switching .. never done it .

Sorry for the late reply. I can just transfer from WOS to Coldcard.

Do you have a Cold storage?

I thought you have to convert lighting to the base layer? inorder to put it in cold storage...

yeah that's what I'm unsure about ... and I don't know if it depends on particular wallets / storage or not.
