Gm. Well, I made it. 2 weeks no caffeine. The first week I was pretty tired but the second week my energy came back. The energy was not as high but it was more consistent. Also I had better attention span and a think my blood sugar levels felt more stable. I think I'm going to finish the month and make it 3 weeks in total.
Just quit. No reason to drink that black sludge anymore
