video is overused and unnecessary but the feeble minded crave it and there is no reason why it can't be done in a decentralized fashion as bit torrents have been doing it forever even when internet was much slower ...

it can't be done using free relays though ...

all data beyond text should be hosted by users, not relays ...

if you don't make your storage / bandwidth available ( ex: you're on a phone ) you have to pay somebody else for theirs or you only get to see plain text.
